Gregg Williamson, Field Services and Outage Planning

Gregg Williamson is one of the original team members of Rev1, coming onboard in 2002 as a Field Advisor for the Tampa Electric Company Bayside Repowering project, and continuing as the lead mechanical start-up engineer for new production model GE 7FB gas turbine installations. Previous to this, Gregg worked for twelve years as a Field Technical Advisor for General Electric where he constructed and commissioned numerous facilities both in the U. S. and abroad. His work with Rev1 has resulted in building a successful business sector in Turbine and Plant Outage Planning and Support which has grown to more than 25 sites throughout the world. Gregg holds a BSEE from Southern Massachusetts University and is a US Navy Veteran.

Kimmy Martin, Director of Diversified Services

With more than twenty-seven years in the power industry, including ten years with AES Corporation, Kimmy Martin brings a comprehensive level of experience to our Startup and Commissioning / O&M services group. His career focus is on on pre-commissioning and start-up of power generation, refinery, petro-chemical, and oil and gas facilities. During project construction he is proficient in building essential relationships between contractors, principal owners and the local community, and continues to mentor facility operators to foster these important bonds through commercial operation. Kimmy joined Rev1 Power Services in 2001 and in 2004, opened our branch office in Houston, Texas where he is Director of Diversified Services. In this role, he works to develop commercial relationships with local power sector clients and to broaden Rev1 Power Services capabilities in the power, petro-chemical, refinery, oil & gas and pipeline service support industry.

Larry Burrell, Field Services and Sales

Larry has been with Rev1 Power Services since 2007, joining our Texas branch after a 36-year career with Vopak North America, the world's largest provider of chemical storage, terminaling and logistics services. He served in various capacities including Operations, Plant Manager and General Manager for various divisions within Vopak. Also a military veteran, Larry served 4 years in the Marine Corps.

Bob Coggin, Field Manager

Bob Coggin joined Rev1 in 2007 and is responsible for leading our Solar PV, Solar Thermal and Nuclear sector business initiatives, and for coordinating field employees for our many commercial clients. He brings more than 11 years operations and instrumentation experience including a decorated eight year career as a Naval Nuclear Reactor Operator and Electronics Technician. He has held previous roles of Systems Instructor at the Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in Ballston Spa, NY, and as Team Leader working with the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory where he was responsible for the successful conversion of power plant instrumentation and controls from analog to digital technology.Bob is a national Certified Technology Specialist and a former Crew Chief of a leading commercial audio-visual broadcasting design and integration firm. He is highly skilled in work package development, supply chain management, and scheduling, and with our services group has designed an industry-first staffing strategy for solar PV plants based on a mobile crew platform.

Jan Ehrgott, Finance and Accounting

As another original Rev1 employee, Jan brings more than 15 years experience in accounting and project management to our team. Previous to Rev1, she held accounting and finance management roles with PenPower, and has worked in the project management and QA/QC departments at the South Texas and Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Stations. Her experience and leadership play an important role in our human resources department at Rev1.

Layla Jamil, Human Resources

Layla adds 15 years experience in human resource management and customer service to our Brandon office. She held previous positions with Tampa Electric Company, and worked in various roles in marketing, document control, and human resources throughout her career. At Rev1, Layla is responsible for processing payroll, benefits, and insurance programs for all employees. In addition to these activities, Layla supports our Recruiters and Field Managers with pre-screening and new hire processing.

Jennifer Fortner, Administrative Assistant

Jennifer serves as the Rev1 receptionist and performs administrative related duties for the Human Resources Department. Among these activities are conducting initial employee processing, administering new hire packages, scheduling pre-screen checks, and making travel arrangements. Jennifer also assists in weekly payroll, employment verifications, and maintaining both employee and client files.
