Listen. Plan. Execute.
No matter how challenging the project, Rev1 has the experience, resources and knowledge to help achieve project objectives and deliver a safe and profitable startup.
Formulate, Aim, Achieve
If you have the wrong strategy, all the hard work in the world will not get you to where you need to be. That's why we pull from our most experienced team of startup specialists to develop a clear and concise plan for the achievement of your startup objectives, early on in the project.
Failing to plan is planning to fail
A successful commercial operation demands a successful startup, so our message is simple – if you want a successful project, you must be prepared for a successful startup.
We do this by producing detailed commissioning and startup plans and estimates, early in the project lifecycle, aligning with overall project objectives.
Self or Rev1 Managed, we deliver.
Whether we augment your existing Project management team with our experts or we manage as a turnkey project, we drive the project through mechanical completion, to pre-commissioning and commissioning and onwards into startup and performance testing.
Mechanical Completion (MC).
Mechanical Completion, comprising multidiscipline pre-commissioning, verifies that construction is compliant with the project standards and specifications.
During the installation we work with the construction team to manage and coordinate the completion of a suite of "A Checksheets" via TrackerDB, ensuring the checks required to confirm the integrity of the plant and equipment are completed according to specification.
Rev1 will drive and manage all relevant activities leading up MC, including static testing, management of the system walkdowns, punch listing and the structured handover of systems and subsystems for commissioning and startup. Upon successful turnover of all the systems, we will issue an MC certificate signifying full Mechanical Completion.
Commissioning and Startup. (CSU)
This service comprises the commissioning of all the systems to "Ready for Startup" condition. Including, attendance at Factory Acceptance Tests for major equipment, preservation of plant and equipment, dynamic commissioning and the phased handover of commissioned systems to operations. Successful completion of this phase will result in an SH (System Handover) certificate being approved, signifying full system handover.
We assist in startup, early operations and performance tests.
Rev1 is able to manage and perform multi-disciplined Maintenance Management services, (MMS) to client computerized MMS requirements.
Truth, Validity, Confidence
As commissioning and startup is the critical last phase of the project before the facility is placed into operation, we monitor 16 Key Performance indicators, designed to ensure everything is in place for a safe and successful startup.
We use the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle as a model for systematic project control and improvement. Performance is continually verified with peer reviews, audits and feedback reported and analyzed for continuous learning and improvement.
